Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders directly from our main warehouse in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, China. This facility is located near major shipping ports and airports, allowing for fast and cost-effective logistics worldwide.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to over 80 countries across North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, South America, and Africa. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, feel free to contact us directly.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs:
-Express courier: DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT (3–7 business days)
-Air freight: For urgent bulk orders
-Sea freight: FCL/LCL containers for large shipments (2–5 weeks)
-Rail freight: Available for Central Asia and parts of Europe
We also support EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, and DAP Incoterms.

Do you offer tracking for orders?

Yes, all shipments include a tracking number. You will receive this via email or WhatsApp once the order has been dispatched. You can track the shipment in real time.

Do you ship small orders or only in bulk?

We accept both small and bulk orders. For small quantities, express delivery is recommended. For larger volumes, sea or air freight offers better value. Our team will advise the most cost-efficient option.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ of Drum is usually 500–1000 pieces depending on the model and inventory. Mixed model orders are acceptable.

How long is your lead time?

For in-stock models, delivery takes 3–5 working days. For customized orders, production takes around 10–15 days depending on quantity.

Which countries do you ship to?

We export to Southeast Asia, Europe, South America, the Middle East, and other regions with long-term partners.

Can you provide white-label or private label services?

Yes. We support private label production, including brand printing, customized packaging, and manuals.

Do you issue invoices and support export tax rebates?

We provide official commercial invoices and support China’s export tax rebate process.

What is your return or exchange process?

Please share your order number, issue description, and photos. Our after-sales team will respond within 24 hours and arrange reshipment or refund accordingly (If more than 30% of the goods are problematic, a refund will be issued).

How long does it take to process and dispatch an order?

-For regular stock items, we dispatch within 2–5 business days.

Can I use my own freight forwarder?

Yes. Samples for standard models are available. Freight is paid by the buyer, and sample fees can be refunded upon official order confirmation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and Western Union. For large orders, L/C is negotiable.

What is the warranty period for your OPC drum cores?

Our OPC drum cores come within a 3 month warranty, depending on model and agreement. We replace any defective items caused by non-human factors.

Can I audit the factory or request a video call before cooperation?

Absolutely. We support on-site visits, live video tours, and sample shipping to help you better understand our company.
